 Pastor Randall and Lisa Black founded Faith Point in April 2004 after 3 months of partner meetings and 2 years of prayer and research. Randall is also the founder of Faith and Fire Ministries, Inc., a world-wide evangelistic outreach. For nearly 8 years Randall and Lisa traveled throughout the US and other nations of the world ministering in revivals, seminars, and camp meetings seeing thousands of lives changed. Randall is an honor's graduate of Indiana Christian University (founded by the late Dr. Lester Sumrall). Randall also attended Germanna Community College for two years and Virginia Wesleyan College for one year. Randall has served the body of Christ as a youth pastor, assistant pastor, evangelist, and founding pastor of Harvest Time International Church in Madison, Georgia. Randall is also the VP of Compassion in Action, Int’t in Miami, Florida and the author of the Christian book "When Reality Hits"

Lisa is a graduate of Emmanuel Bible College, she also attended Concord College. Lisa traveled throughout the east coast for two years singing and ministering with the Emmanuel Singers. Lisa has served the body of Christ as a worship leader, special singer, and children's worker. She was also a valuable partner in pioneering and running Faith and Fire Ministries.

Randall and Lisa have three beautiful children: Andrew, Courtney, and Deborah. Together they have been in the ministry 19 years.
